Overcame my arachnopacifist tendencies to kill a redback today, as I weeded in its vicinity. Only trust the gardening gloves so far. #
As I make breakfast I can hear Tilda and Brad playing on Club Penguin. Technology is amazing. #
I'm so completely surrounded by illness that I'm going to rehearsal tonight just on the off chance that I'll be healthy enough to perform. #
Good buddy Geoffrey R. was sitting in the choir stalls for tonight's rehearsal – close enough to see furrowed brows during some, um, chaos. #
We're live on ABC Classic FM tonight, briefly just after 8 PM and then ~9-9:30. Excellent long weekend kickoff party music!!!! #
Apparently we missed quite a storm during our concert. Happy that my train isn't cancelled – yet. #
Freaking out a bit about the 3 centipedes I've found near the couch in the last 15 minutes. Sweet dreams! Yes, there's #4 … #

Got a flat tire right across the street from tire place. Which would be great if they were still open. #
Also would be great if all the lug nuts on the tire were the same size as my tire iron. As they are not, damsel in distress waits for RACV. #
Puncture fixed, watch battery replaced, eyes tested – is there no end to what I can accomplish today? #
Well, that long ant-free period was nice while it lasted. #
I am very good at noticing the time 11:11. Add that to my list of skills! #
Catching up on laundry in preparation for 5 nights and an afternoon with Vladimir Ashkenazy. #
