Summer birthday

One of the best things about living in Australia is that my birthday happens in the summer.  If possible, I prefer to be at the beach for my birthday.  (If I stay home, I tend to get annoyed that the world is still orbiting around the sun and not around me.)

All About Tilda

I had to write a letter describing Tilda, so that her teacher and classmates could get to know her better.  I started to read it to her this morning and she crumpled it up, objecting to the mention of half-night sleepovers (which I have since removed.)  Hopefully the final copy made it to her teacher.
